Q: Safari browser not working

My safari browser shows " safari can not open the page because your iPhone is not connected to the internet" even other applications are working well with my mobile data connection. The browser is also working good using WiFi connection.

Sorry to hear about your web browser acting up. That can certainly be inconvenient!!!

I Have had that issue before and doing this worked for me....

    Go to settings

    Then safari

then choose “Clear History and Website Data”

after you do that....double click your home button and force close safari (swipe the safari window 'up')

then turn urn off your device wait about 30 seconds and turn it back on.....

I Hope this clears it up for you....

Thank you so much TeeheiraG for the quick reply but unfortunately this is not working. I tried this as per your instruction but still on opening safari it shows "safari cannot open the page because your iPhone is not connected to internet"
