2. Try deauthorizing it twice. If that doesn't work and if desired, click here and use the Deauthorize All function.

Sep 16, 2015 11:09 AM in response to lisa1981by marie256,you may have synced your device on another computer. if you deauthorize all devices then reauthorize the one computer you use that will correct it.
