Sep 16, 2015 11:30 AM in response to cljlk2by celliott147,- Picture in Picture and Slide Over are available on iPad Pro, iPad Air or later, and iPad mini 2 or later. Split View is available on iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, and iPad mini 4.

Sep 16, 2015 6:29 PM in response to cljlk2by jonathanfromweatherford,I updated my iPad mini and I can't seem to get it to work. It very clearly said that it works on ALL iPad models...I just checked it and it now says what celliott147 says above. This is really frustrating. In the ads it was said it would work for all models but that Split View was only available on certain models. This is what is frustrating about Apple. You buy a product then not even 2 years later you are already left out on the next updates. I just wanted this multitasking for my iPad Mini!!

Apple WatchSplit View was never advertised to work on anything but the iPad Air 2. During the Keynote when they announced iOS 9, they clearly laid out the limitations. Poor comprehension/listening/reading on your part is not Apple's fault...

Sep 16, 2015 8:53 PM in response to celliott147by jonathanfromweatherford,I listen quite intently and fully comprehend what I hear in everyday life. I don't appreciate your accusation that I am incompetent. Obviously I confirmed your clip from the site showing what models would receive what features. In fact, your comment about "Split View was never advertised to work on anything but the iPad Air 2" was exactly what I was inferring in my comment. I shouldn't substantiate your inexplicably rude reply but I wanted you to know that I did state you were right. Maybe wishful thinking made me miss the fact that these multitasking features weren't included on iPad Mini but I could still get the iOS 9 update minus these features.
