Q: Stuck at Slide to Upgrade after iOS9 upgrade

My iPad 3 (new iPad) got stuck after upgrading to iOS 9 at the slide to upgrade screen during the setup after selecting the WiFi network.

Previously installed was iOS 7 and iTunes is up to date. Please provide a solution quickly, apparently I'm not the only one.

I successfully resolved the issue on my ipad-mini2

[start process at the non-responsive "slide to upgrade" slide]

    a) Install latest iTunes on your computer (if you have not)

    b) Connect your device to the computer where you have latest iTUNES

    c) Press Power button + Home key until you see ITUNES + CABLE icon

    d) Select "UPGRADE" from your iTUNES window that appears on your computer/desktop

    e) Let the computer upgrade software on your ipad and about/between 22-30 minutes, you will be asked to enter ipad PIN

    f) After entering the pin, your device may still show the non-responsive "slide to upgrade" screen  (this happened to me)

Note: Your device is upgrade to IOS 9.0  or at least the software is kicked into the device.

Do the following if your device still shows the non-responsive screen...

    g) Do not unplug the USB and device from computer (Performing Factory re-set this time)

    h) Press Power + Home buttons until you have iTUNES + CABLE icon on your screen

    i) Press RESTORE/RESET button from the ITUNES window

    j) Let the process run until your device shows "IPAD CAN'T BE USED due to IOS9 requirement" (This is 100% OKAY)

    k) Once the above step is done, disconnect the device from computer and re-configure.

You will get the screens when you first purchased your IPAD.  I have successfully got IOS9 installed without any failure.  Did checked my software update status, which is UPTO DATE.  At least I passed through the screen and using the device.
