Q: iphone5 disacivated whit icloud active..HELP!

Good morning to all.

 

Well, i have repair my iphone 5 before 7 months is off,i not remember the corect Pin,i have try..try and now is disactivated.

i have try in DFU and restore but My Iphone is active.

I have go in Icloud and disactivate, now in icloud i not see Iphone5 but if i restore Itunes return me error My iphone is active.

What i do ? actualy have Os 8.2.1 (if i remember good)

I have all for show i am the own.Box whit same IMEI and serial,Fatura when i have buy.

What i have do for restore My Iphone5?

    Go to: Apple - My Apple ID click on Reset password, type in your Apple ID, answer the Security Questions and then reset the password.

     

    If you do not remember the answers to your Security Questions, contact Apple Support to have them reset:

    the problem is not my apple id and password,this i know for enter in icloud,

    Problem is my Iphone 5 not restore OS 8.4.1 because return error 14.

    when i on now is loop in Itune screen...

    Who possible help me for resolve error 14?

    Here is a support bit for Error 14:

     

    Check your USB connections

    Errors: 13, 14, 1600, 1601, 1602, 1603, 1604, 1611, 1643-1650, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009, 4005, 4013, 4014. You might also see a message that includes "invalid response."

    If the USB connection between your device and computer is interrupted, you might not be able to update or restore.

    To narrow down the issue, try different equipment:

    If you still see the error message, check for hardware issues.

     

     

    The error is indicating that your connection to iTunes is simply not working. Try the troubleshooting steps to get your device connected.

    I have try change USB and cable

    I have try change Laptop/desktop

    All harware/sofware work good

    Iphone still in loop itune and error 14.

    What repair was done to your iPhone? Was repair performed by

    Apple or an Apple authorized iPhone repair facility? What facility

    in what country?

    This iPhone i have buy in Kuwait ( i have regular Fatura and box original )

    November 2014 is broken screen and stay off because i have other 3 iphone and ipad for use.

    05 Sect i have put new screen original in Apple authorized here in Phillippines.

    When have on whit new screen i not remember pin 4 number,i have try,but i am not lucky and iphone is come INACTIVE.

    I have enter in icloud, Find my Iphone and delete/disactivate,iphone not possible on wifi,well i not know if really is Off find my iphone

    I have restore whit 8.1.2 download from Itune but when arrival little bar up mobile come out ERROR 14

    Now iphone is only DFU o Itune screen.

    What i have do ? IOS is 7.1.2

    well , I have resolve all my problem just now.

    i have change Cable USB, i have use other for ipad mini.

    i have download new .IPSW 8.1.4

    delete complete and Instal Itune

    Put Iphone 5 in DFU

    I have try and have restore all.

    My iphone is born !! 27 day i try and try...and i not sleep!
