Q: My iPhone 5s won't back up to iCloud

I've plugged it in, connected it to Wifi, verified that iCloud backup is enabled, and asked it to "back up now." The gear wheel keeps spinning next to "backing up," and the phone keeps reading "estimating time remaining...." I bought plenty of backup space. What to do?

Hi Leslie,

I see that you're concerned about your iCloud Backup taking a longer time than you expected. The backup process will vary in time based on a number of factors:

The backup process is taking a long time
The time it takes to make a backup depends on the size of your backup and the speed of your network. Make sure you’re connected to a reliable Wi-Fi network before making a backup of your device.
