It sounds like your may be receiving an iOS restore or update error 1671. I would recommend temporarily change, disable, or uninstall your security software as outlined in step 3 of the article below.

Yes I'm having this problem too on my iPhone. I trying to recover it over and over and it says error code 1671? What should I do there no apple store in my area.

HI jason,
i have the same problem, thez purpose me to update on 9.0.2 my ipad air1 ,
i try to do it but now my screen is block black and just ask me to connect with itunes
when i do it ;; all message error
please HELP
