Q: i recently upgraded to ios9 from ios7

I recently upgraded my phone to ios7 to ios9 iphone 5c verizon. called apple care and they had me plug into itunes and factory restore my phone . only problem is when i go to start the phone . I select English and United States and WIFI , then it send me to activate phone and enter my apple id which I did over 100 times and trust me its all correct. i signed into my icloud and everything and nothing it keeps saying i can not use my apple ID for this

    finally figured it out sorta! I used my apple id and pw i used for my sons ipad only problem is i had the back up for that and had a million kiddie apps  . went through the process again and factory restored and used my original apple id and it work and then used my itunes to back up everything and i am good
