I already tried Resetting the PRAM/NVRAM several times and this will NOT resolve this issue. Support please more

I didn't specify my problem, sorry.
The problem is, the bluetooth connection in my MacbookPro is not working since I updated to Yosemite.
I read about resetting PRAM and NVRAM and it will make the connection happen sometimes, but afterwaking the computer or turning it on connection is lost again.
The resetting of PRAM and NVRAM allowed me to have bluetooth connection a couple of timesbut now Bluetooth is simply not working at all even after this.
I am thinking of sending it to the AppleCare soon. Any ideas? -
Sep 24, 2015 7:54 PM in response to AX_AXby raider_s,Hello,
I have a similar issue. I got new bluetooth headphones, at first they paired and everything worked well. The following day in the same room they would not connect. It seems like the macbook doesn't even see them anymore. The headphones seem fine as they pair and disconnect without problem to other devices. I've tried resetting PRAM and SMC. Neither helped. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
