1. Shutdown your Mac.
2. Power up the Mac and immediately hold Command+R.
3. In Recovery Console click on Utilities -> Terminal.
4. In Terminal type resetpassword and press enter.
5. Set your new password.

empty window nothing ro select. down thise window it written Selecf the user account: also Ican't selecf anything.

I'll try to explan in more details.
1-when the widow of password reset open the Macontis HD not appear so,I could'nt select.

1. Shutdown your Mac.
2. Power up the Mac and immediately hold Command+R.

5. Set your new password.

diskutil info disk0
Does your internal disk show up in this list?
