Oct 16, 2012 10:08 AM in response to harmonymatters1by Demo,By restoring from a backup - as long as the backup contains the notes that you need to restore. When you restore from a backup, you restore everything that was in that backup on the date and time that the backup was created.
So that you will know exactly what will be restored to the iPad should you choose to do this, read this.

I have deleted my Noted accidentally on my Iphone when i deactivated my Icloud on my iphone.
I had 250 notes on my phone. And now after i install this Iphone Recovery Software i have my notes again.
I was so relieved because all informations has been saved on my notes app and it just vanished for one mistake.
