    Hello, Fendy.K.

Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.

I understand that the camera on your iPhone is not working as expected.  I would need a little more information on the exact issue that you are experiencing with the camera to provide a better answer.  However, here are some troubleshooting steps that I would recommend going through when experiencing camera issues.

Get help with the camera on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

    Cheers

    Dear Jason269

Thanks for the reply. May I know what kinda information should I provide ? I've tried the troubleshot and It's not working either.

    1. I'm using iPhone 4S

    2. Both front and back camera is not working

    3. Time - Lapse & Video are working tho

    4. My phone keeps hanging whenever low battery and have to restart the phone lots of time to turn it ON while charging.

Everything works fine except Camera (front and back) and hang.

    Thanks in advanced.

For the record, same issue here, it remains after taking the following steps:

    Factory Reset

    Reset all Device Settings

    Recovery Mode

    Restore to previous backup

    Update to 9.1.1 beta firmware

To be clear, the symptoms are:

Black screen when using rear facing camera

    Flashlight app not working

An erroneous error by the Camera app that says it is too hot to use flash.

Running brand new iPhone 6s here, and this issue ONLY occurred after updating from 9.0 to 9.0.1.

    Hi cmichaelpetrie

The problems you are having it's same with mine, except my flashlight app is still working.

    Fendy.K,

If you have gone through the steps that I recommended in my original post and also the steps other than the update to beta suggested by cmichaelpetrie, I would reach out to us for further assistance.
