Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
I see from your post that you're moving from Android to iOS. Are you using the Move to iOS app from the Google Play store? Please follow the directions in the article below for help with getting your data to your iPhone.

Sep 24, 2015 1:33 PM in response to alex_h1by pbasister,I have been in phone contact with Apple support for two hours in a total of 3 times in 1 day and so far they have no solution yet, no matter how many times the phone is reset and erased and whatever combination of procedure is done.
I have been told to bring it to an apple accredited service center to see if they can do something that can't be done over the phone.
In the meantime the situation has been elevated to the apple engineers for further checks.

- iPad mini 2nd generation or later
- iPod touch 6th generation
- Android version 4.0 or later

Sep 28, 2015 1:23 PM in response to Skiiwalkerby pbasister,I see the support article was updated on 28 September to somehow fit in the additional information of the first paragraph "Here's what you need" to eventually rule out the inclusion of the iPhone 4S.
Otherwise the 2 hour phone support I got from Apple last week would (and should) have told me already that the iPhone 4S was not included in the "process" to "move from android"

Before you begin

- Plug your new iOS device and your Android device in to power.
- Make sure the content you're moving, including what's on your external Micro SD card, will fit on your new iOS device
- If you want to transfer your Chrome bookmarks, update to the latest version of Chrome on your Android device.
