Sep 17, 2015 4:31 PM in response to celliott147by JoA59,I thought Apple said slide over would work with any iPad mini. Its not working with mine. No amount of sliding brings up the apps. I can double click to see the open apps but when I touch one, it takes up the whole screen. Either info on where it would work is wrong or it isn't working correctly...and it was only reason I upgraded.

Sep 21, 2015 10:53 PM in response to Olisterby loren54,I have a iPad2 which I just upgraded to iOS9 and Slide Over, Picture in Picture, or Split View doesnt work for me either. One would think if the iOS is available for the device than all the new features that doesnt require hardware upgrades would be available for that device.

Sep 22, 2015 5:21 AM in response to Olisterby Icepuffin,I Have an iPad 4 just the same as the original OP , I also do not have the 'slide over' feature. Are you saying that it only works on iPad Air and not on the iPad 4 , which sort of defeats the point of upgrading
