Sep 22, 2015 10:34 PM in response to mehrab84by mehrab84,Yes, it's set to Canada.
Doesn't the watch take the info from the phone? How come in the phone it's in Celsius but Fahrenheit in the watch?

Sep 22, 2015 11:54 PM in response to mehrab84by Steve Harvey2,I'm having the same problem as well. The weather app on my iPhone5s (iOS 9) shows the temperature in C and my Apple Watch (WatchOS 2) shows the temp in F.
I've (obviously) tried changing the iPhone weather app to F and then back to C. Also tried deleting all of my cities and re-adding them. The region for my Apple Watch is set to the UK which should show celsius.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sep 23, 2015 4:02 AM in response to mehrab84by mkaandorp,★HelpfulFor me the solution was the following:
- Go to your weather app on your iPhone
- Go to the view where you see all cities on top of each other.
- In the left bottom corner you will see °C / °F
- If you press this you'll see that it will toggle the value on your Apple Watch as well. Just press it a few times.

Sep 23, 2015 4:26 AM in response to mkaandorpby Steve Harvey2,Wow. That's done the job. Whilst I had pressed it to toggle it once and back again, having switched from C to F and vice versa about 20 times in quick succession, the watch is now displaying correctly.
Thanks for the tip. It certainly appears to have resolved my issue.

Jan 13, 2016 7:51 AM in response to mkaandorpby e1eldridge,Thanks for the tip. It is too bad the design is flawed such that we have to do this but at least it is back displaying what I expect.

Sep 14, 2016 5:14 AM in response to mkaandorpby Esefex,If those don't work the following should resolve the issue. Go to Settings-Select Language and Region- then in the Region formats change the Temperature Unit from Celsius (C) to Fahrenheit(F) or Vice Versa.
