Thank you for taking the time to become a member of the Apple Support Communities and posting your first question!
I understand you have tried some good initial troubleshooting to try to resolve the issue with no service on your iPhone, but the issue continues. To continue this process, I would first suggest reading over and working through the steps in the following article.
If you can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data - Apple Support
You also mentioned trying different SIM cards from other carriers. Your iPhone would only get service with a different carrier’s SIM card if that card has active service from that carrier, that carrier supports the iPhone, and your iPhone has been unlocked for use with different carriers.
Please respond if the above steps helped you resolve having no service on your iPhone or to provide any further information. We’re glad that you are a part of the Apple Support Communities and can’t wait to hear more from you! :)
Have a great day!

Thanks for your welcome. Yes you understood me correctly. Before posting my question here I was already tried those solutions you suggested me by the first Apple Support link. Tried to restart my iphone, later as I said before - reset network settings and even all settings except reset with erasing all data. I already tried to change my sim card and didn't helped. I appeal for a help my carrier advisor and he said that my phone should work normally with a settings he saw. Also one guy checked my phone IMEI in some database and said, that it's locked in USA by some carrier, but I don't know how it could be happen if I already used my iphone in my country about six months since buying it from unknown seller. Could it be a technical problems like antenna damage or something like that?
