Sep 21, 2015 8:07 AM in response to KraftyInSeattleby rhodesmk,Unfortunately, not working for me. When I right click on the first file name you mentioned (AppleApplicationSupport64.msi), I select Install, get a dialogue box to perform the install, but when I click "next" I get an error message:
"The installer encountered errors before Apple Application Support (64-bit) could be configured. Your system has not been modified. To retry these operations at a later time, please run the installer again."
I have attempted to repair, then tried to uninstall, then selected the change option for the Apple Software Update program from Windows 10 control panel, but either operation results in another error message:
"Fatal Error during installation."
Not sure where to go from here. iTunes 12.2.2.25 works, but won't update to 12.3 for me.
Thanks for any advice.

Sep 21, 2015 5:05 PM in response to cainila76by turingtest2,Entry point errors can usually be fixed by deleting the offending dll, then repairing the component it is part of from the programs and features control panel. CoreAudioToolbox.dll is part of Apple Application Support and can normally be found in
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support.
For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.
Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for installation or performance issues, or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.
Your library and device backups should be unaffected by these steps but there are links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.
If the issue persists and you have a 64-bit system try the for older video cards version which is a 64-bit installer for mostly 32-bit code, similar to all 64-bit versions of iTunes up to 12.1.
If you've tried the above without success then see the method in Install missing components. What component fails to install, and what error message does it give? See this post for steps to produce detailed logs of the installation which may reveal why iTunes won't install.

Sep 23, 2015 8:45 PM in response to PlanningPrinceby zombie115,If you have "Apple software Update" on your pc try these steps it helped me...
Open Apple Software Update app
It will search for the latest software from apple automatically
If you see a new version for iTunes app appears on the list
go to Tools and select "Download only" and it will start downloading iTunes
then after finishing downloading it will automatically open the folder
In the folder you will find these apps to be install manually:
1- AppleApplicationSupport
2- AppleMobileDeviceSupport6464
3- AppleSoftwareUpdate
4 - Bonjour64 (optional)
5- iTunes64
Now start repairing or installing from 1 to 3
and then try installing iTunes and see if the solved your error.
I have windows 10 and following these steps above helped me
get iTunes 12.3 installed on my pc
I hope this post help some people out there

Oct 13, 2015 8:17 PM in response to PlanningPrinceby TrdnDrt28,Fix - go to programs in control center. Uninstall Apple Software Update. If it does not uninstall, right click and select repair. Then, right click and select uninstall. Then, install 12.3 from iTunes on the web.
