Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider.

You surely need a boot agent so as to start Mac from it and secure erase Macintosh HD. May be you can achieve this with non Apple Wiping software. Stellar Wipe Mac/Permanent File Eraser are few of them.
