In the previous display, you had output from diskutil cs list command, which is not there now. Disabling FV2 is done in the background. Till it completes, we cannot do next steps.
The following steps merge Recovery HD into OS X which means you lose the ability to locally recover your Mac. This is temporary. To get Recovery HD back, you will need to re-install OS X after we have got all the disk space added back to your OS X partition.
1. Merge disk0s2 and disk0s3 - diskutil mergePartitions jhfs+ "Macintosh HD" disk0s2 disk0s3. The order of the disks is critical, otherwise you will loss OS completely.
2. If you are uncomfortable with step 1, create a new backup using Time Machine. There is an alternative method using Time Machine, but it usually takes longer.
3. Once Step 1 is complete, go into Disk Utility and drag the bottom right corner as far as it will go. You are absorbing the Free Space into OS X at this point.
4. Once you verify from diskutil list that you have all the disk space, boot into Internet Recovery (Command+Opt+R - you must see a spinning globe). Please be aware that Internet Recovery installs the OS X version that shipped with your Mac, not the version you currently may have. Please see OS X: About OS X Recovery - Apple Support . Install OS X and use AppStore to upgrade your Apple applications. If you have any third-party applications they should remain intact. Non-OS files are not modified.
