Congrats on your new iPhone 6! I understand that you would like to transfer your audiobooks that you purchased on your iPhone 5s and move them to your iPhone 6. That is something that I can help you out with.
The easiest way to do that is to have those audiobooks transferred to your iTunes library if they have not been done before. Once they are then there you can sync them to your iPhone 6. If your audiobooks are not in your iTunes library, there are 2 ways to accomplish this
The first way is to go to the drop down menu Store > Check for Available Downloads and this will check for any purchases that have been made on other deices and download them to your computer in iTunes.

The second option is to transfer the audiobooks by having your iPhone plugged in and click on the drop down menu File > Devices > Transfer Purchases from [device name]. This will get that process going to get your purchased audiobooks into iTunes on your computer.

Once you have done that, then you will need to sync them over. Check the Audiobook section and make sure that it is set to sync over. For more details, the last article will give a brief explanation of syncing if that is something done before with iTunes.
