Q: No cellular data on iPhone 5s after iOS 9 update

I understand you are not able to use cellular data on your iPhone 5s after updating to iOS 9. Have you updated to iOS 9.0.1? If so, you may need to update the carrier settings on your device:

Sep 26, 2015 6:43 AMby pro21t,This did not help my phone. I am still unable to use most of my apps, unless I have a wifi signal. It will not use data at all on the apps I had off before the 9.1 update. Even when I manually switch the app data usage on in settings, my phone automatically turns it back off.
