After iOS 9.0.1 my iPhone 6 Plus won't sync iCloud options with MacBook Air 10.10.5

OR vise-versa

What I mean by iCloud options?

Well, I only have my iCloud Setting to Sync the following only:

Contacts

Safari

Notes

For example, now when I create a new Note or update an old Note on either device, the other device doesn't receive it

Is this another Bug?

or is it because 10.11 El Capitan is not out yet?
