Q: Windows 7 64 bit iTunes 12.2 stops responding when I go to the "My Apps." page

Windows 7 64 bit iTunes 12.2 stops responding when I go to the "My Apps." page about half way thru the apps. I have completely uninstalled everything related to Apple including iTunes from Windows Remove/Install Programs and re-installed iTunes to the latest version but nothing fixes the problem.  The only thing I can think of is an app. is corrupt or something but I don't know what to do from here.   The problem started happening after I upgraded to the release prior to the latest iTunes Release (12.2.X)

    Hi AZ_iPhone_Traveler,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like iTunes in Windows is freezing or becoming unresponsive. It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

Thanks for posting this.  I tried all of the troubleshooting tips in the Apple Support link you posted but none of them worked.  I finally decided to look at what was running in Windows Task Manager from Apple or iTunes.  There were two things in the Task Manager "Image Name" list  that started with the word "Apple".  I left iTunes running and I killed both of these services.  When I went to the My Apps screen in iTunes this time around it loaded all the apps without iTunes give me the "Application Not Responding" error.  Then for another test I closed iTunes completely and restarted it.  I went to the "My Apps" page again and it continued to work as it should.  Finally I restarted and tried it again.  The problem was definitely resolved and it continues to be at this point in time.  I don't remember the name of the two Apple programs I "Ended the Process" on in Task Manager but I believe one was "AppleMobileDeviceHelper.exe" and there was another one that started with "Apple" as well.   I only see one of those applications running now so I am thinking something was stuck and loading that shouldn't have been.  So if you are not able to get your problem resolved with the Apple Support troubleshooting steps I would give this a try.
