Do not overwrite the BCDriverMerge.exe. Just move the AppleSSD64 folder out from $WinPEDriver$ to another location which is not in $WinPEDriver$.

Yes, please try with a different USB flash drive. SanDisk Cruzer USB2 and Lexar flash drives work very well.

Yes sir I used now, HardDisk internal for Windows PC to be an external drive for Mac drive

An external hard disk will not work as a substitute for a USB flash disk. You need to use a USB flash disk.

Your USB is formatted a GUID drive. Can you erase and format it as MS-DOS FAT and then run BCA to create the USB Installer?

Your /dev/disk2 shows #0 as GUID_partition_scheme. This will not work. It needs to look as follows.

/dev/disk3

   #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER

   0:     FDisk_partition_scheme                        *16.0 GB    disk3

   1:                 DOS_FAT_32 WININSTALL              16.0 GB    disk3s1

Yes, that is correct. Use BC Assistant to build the USB Installer. Your USB will be erased, formatted, renamed to WININSTALL as shown in my post.
