Sep 28, 2015 8:33 PM in response to Sainuu11by Peggy Lindner,Mine is doing the exact same thing. I enter my iCloud password, it sends me to the next page asking again for my password, then tells me what I enter is incorrect. I have reset my password and it doesn't work or help. I cannot access anything on my MacBook Air. What to do?

Sep 29, 2015 1:46 PM in response to Peggy Lindnerby Sainuu11,★HelpfulSo it ended up being some OS problem. i fixed it by booting into safe mode(when you restart press cmd+r) it will give you couple of options just click the second one i think which is reinstalling the OS, then just install it none of my files were deleted or gone just reinstalled the OS i think. I hope this fixes your problem
Good luck,
