Ugh. Not the answer I wanted but very much appreciate your response. Hard to fathom why the previous Windows versions were supported for iCloud for Windows and this one is not. Maybe they just want us to complain or suffer a bit longer for not having gone with a Mac in the first place... lol

That could be! Good news is the word "currently." Also I have seen a number of other discussions here where it was working for some but not for others. I have a Windows 10 machine but haven't tried iCloud for Windows on it myself.

I thought that this was MS's way of trying to push us off to there new icloud and force us to change to a windows driven phone. I like my PC and I like my iPhone 5s and I have no intention of changing either. Now what do w do? As I read through all of the information

the problem is how to get other computer back office 2013 and not the new version.
