Q: Safari won't load Apple support links

Links given in this community to Apple support and links to Apple support given to me elsewhere won't load in my Safari browser.

The following link is an example

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204923

The blue bar completes but the page appears empty. However, when scrolling down parts of the page appear but are highly magnified and pixilated.

I have cleared history and website data.

All other websites I have visited have loaded OK.

Help, advice and suggestions to solve this would be appreciated.

Thanks for your help and suggestions. I contacted Apple support and eventually after about 2 hrs with them the problem was solved.Did not understand all they got me to do but a number of files were deleted and they stated that the cause of the problem was one or more corrupt files.
