Sep 29, 2015 3:38 PM in response to wbstanley9109by Kilgore-Trout,Have you used "Tap to correct" to change it? Not 100% certain, but I believe that assists Siri in correcting misunderstood pronunciations.

Sep 29, 2015 3:42 PM in response to Kilgore-Troutby wbstanley9109,How do you activate that? That doesn't show as an option on the Siri screen after I've dictated. I guess what bothers me is the fact that I shouldn't have to type it out at all, that's the whole point of Siri is to keep it hands free... So that seems redundant to have to go back and fix it anyways.

But more directly to your question, is may have to do with your pronunciations. It may take a Siri a bit to learn how you pronounce some words and phrases.
