Sep 29, 2015 5:32 PM in response to Cindyathomeby elcpu,Try this: On your iPad go to Settings > General > Reset > and Erase All Content and Settings. That will bring you to New iPad status and if it then works you can attempt to restore your backup. If it then does not work you have a corrupted backup, repeat the steps above and set as New.
