Q: problem with update and restore
Hello support team,
I'm Malcolm from India, I tired updating to IOS 9 from IOS 8.4 directly from my Ipad Sr.DN*******KNV without any backup, was downloading fine till it reached the update with apple logo still it was doing fine till it reached the end and hung up and indicated with USB code with arrow and iTunes logo, after which I connected to iTunes with my laptop asking to update and restore so accordingly started updation of IOS 9 but by the time it reached 200mb or so shows an Error 1671 says problem with my Ipad but continues till it reaches 600mb or so again shows an Error 9006 and the updation stops, tried this several times by restarting but still shows the same, just getting mad, don't even have any backups of previous version and won't even restore to factory settings, please can you help me to restore this problem, please, please, please.
