Sep 29, 2015 12:14 PM in response to jeremy73by mario49,Greetings jeremy73,
Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, WiFi Calling is not listed in the phone settings. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
Make a call with Wi-Fi Calling - Apple Support
- Go to Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling and make sure that Wi-Fi Calling is on.
- Restart your iPhone.
- Connect to a different Wi-Fi network. Not all Wi-Fi networks work with Wi-Fi Calling.
- Turn Wi-Fi calling off and then on again.
- Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset Network Settings.
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
Take care -
Sep 29, 2015 4:48 PM in response to mario49by jeremy73,Thank you for your response, but unfortunately I followed the instructions in that article prior to posting. I reset my network settings again tonight. I still do not have WiFi Calling listed in the phone settings. So I can't turn Wi-Fi calling on or off, it just isn't there.

Sep 30, 2015 6:23 AM in response to jeremy73by elcpu,Wi-Fi calling should be available with AT&T and an iPhone 5C or later. Please review this article again and if it does not help you I would contact AT&T. Good luck.
