Q: while software update unable to pick the calls

Dear Sir

 

    In the setting of the phone it was asking for the software update as a accepted and started the update it was showing me verify update but i was unable to pick any calls neither can't switch off the mobile

    Hi there Vishwas Bile,

     

    It sounds like your phone is unresponsive after you started an update. If it is still stuck, I would force the phone to restart using these steps from the following article:

     

    Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

     To force restart your device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
