I understand that you would like to connect your iPad Air 2 to a projector. That is something that can easily be done with an adapter.
I would first a take a look at the type of connections the projector has. If it has HDMI, then the first link will suit you will. If it has a VGA, then you will use the second link.

Once you have that squared away on which adapter to use, all you do is plug everything in and it will start to mirror right away. All will mirror unless they have functionality that will show on a second screen.

I have the Two types of connections HDMI and VGA
1- Lightning Digital AV Adapter
2- Lightning to VGA Adapter
so I have plug and there is no mirror right away
and it doesn't work
is there a program must be transfer from apple store to solve this problem

There should not be a program to get it working for Mirroring to a projector. To ensure that you have everything set up, you will need to contact Apple Support for further assistance.
