Are you locked of activation lock ??

Activation lock can only be bypassed by its first and true apple id and password

it appears if you type wrong password or incase have not changed id etc...

enter your true id and pass that you used first time for it

I try so many times but i cant my son told me need to return back in australia coz if the done something wrong they will find it or i send my details to them  they know for sure,,..

First, you should not post your IMEI number here.  There is nothing we can do to unlock your phone with that (or any other) information.  If this is a second hand phone, this is ALL you can do:

Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support

If you can not locate the previous owner and/or they can not or will not remove the activation lock for you then the device is useless to you or anyone else.  There is NOTHING else that can be done.
