Q: Someone help with this pop-up please I've tried looking everywhere for help

pretty much just want it to go away I didn't download that software, worried its malware but I have no clue could anyone help or at least point me i the right direction

Back up all data, then uninstall "Private Internet Access" according to the developer's instructions. Restart the computer and test.
