Sep 28, 2015 2:09 AM in response to wocrucby pepeidolioquintanilla,This didn't happen to me. Simply..with new version it doesn't sync Notes and says that "the iphone has disconnected" (?). I figure out that it has nothing to do with notes versions. Maybe the firs time you made a sync you created the first backup and you did not notice it...
In any case....this is an iOS bug which should be corrected FROM APPLE..I have notes created since iphone 5 and did work well...why is not synchcing now?.......they should try iOS to be REALLY stable.
To put only "fashion" changes (with same looking) if then is not stable is not a good decission.
Apple is not doing well things since 2 years ago...when the iphones are in fact the same year after year and some samall changes comes with bugs (I miss the years when innovation was pretty, and usability and stability made the difference with Apple...this is gone...)

Oct 1, 2015 12:00 AM in response to johnfromkelsoby Iscaremyself,Hi.
I began to have this issue after upgrading notes with IOS 9.0.1
"Solved" it deleting all notes and synching. Then created new ones and had no problem synching with iTunes. I tested creating some with Outlook and others on the iPhone and both ways worked fine.

Oct 1, 2015 12:22 AM in response to Iscaremyselfby Horrgakx,I Can confirm that this "work around" of deleting the notes in the phone and also in Outlook fixed the issue for me.

Oct 1, 2015 1:41 AM in response to Horrgakxby pepeidolioquintanilla,Yes, but...when deleting the notes in the iphone...then when sync...does not erase the ones at outlook?.
Or you did the way around? (erase the ones of outlook and then sync with the iphone...then does not disappear the ones in the iphone?).

Oct 1, 2015 2:05 AM in response to pepeidolioquintanillaby Iscaremyself,What I did was delete all the notes (both Outlook and iPhone). Synching worked again. Then create new ones.
I had to note down the ones I didn't want to loose and created them from scratch.

Oct 1, 2015 2:11 AM in response to Iscaremyselfby pepeidolioquintanilla,I have more than 270 notes...not applicable for my case...(although I'll try to copy the notes somewhere else, make sync, and then copy again...)
mmmm....
-
Oct 1, 2015 4:26 AM in response to pepeidolioquintanillaby Horrgakx,AS far as your 270 notes goes I sympathise. I'm SURE Apple would know about this bug with testing the new OS and the new Notes but chose to ignore it.
SUggestion - why not print all your notes as PDF and just keep them in thay format instead?
-
Oct 1, 2015 4:29 AM in response to pepeidolioquintanillaby Iscaremyself,I only had a few I really wanted to keep. But using Outlook, you can attach the notes to an email and send to yourself before deleting them.
Later you can drag them all again to the notes on Outlook and have them back.
Hoping synching does not get corrupted again doing this, at least you'll have a copy without having to write them down

Oct 1, 2015 4:36 AM in response to Iscaremyselfby pepeidolioquintanilla,Thanks to everybody. Yes, I will try all these points.
A bit sad though (send the notes by e-mail, sync, then re-introduce, re-sync).
...good for the famous Apple usability

Oct 1, 2015 10:00 AM in response to johnfromkelsoby PERFECTFLOW,Exactly the same here also.
Notes on my Mac Air aren't syncing with anything after the iOS 9 update. Major pain - surely some one tested this .... or were we the test?
-
Oct 1, 2015 10:18 AM in response to PERFECTFLOWby pepeidolioquintanilla,Bingo!...straight to the point...we are the test , you're right.
I've stored all notes in a folder...then erased all in notes in outlook, and then erased in the iphone.
The sync (with zero notes) and then the sync is ok.
I drag and drop the notes back agin to outlook, and then sync again...and finally goes fine ('till iOS 10 or iTunes 13, I'm affraid...)
Not a very "high tech" solution...but a solution at the end...
By the way, I see today there is the iOS9.0.2 which I did not tested with the notes sync, but I see in the list of improvements that it is not included...but maybe it works, who knows.
Tim Cook: "for iOS 9 stability is our objective". Notes still not sync and in three week 3 versions of the iOS with different bugs correction (and more to come).
Maybe "stability" has another meaning for Mr. Cook...or maybe he likes the "cooking" (bad joke).

Oct 2, 2015 3:23 AM in response to johnfromkelsoby Rex Rana,I will add my name to the growing list of Note-users who since upgrading, noticed that Notes does not sync with my iPhone 6. I have 270 notes on my iPhone and only 250 on my Mac! Hope that Apple can resolve this issue soon!

Oct 3, 2015 3:57 AM in response to Rex Ranaby sholdsto,Since upgrading to ios9, I cannot sync notes between iphone/ipad and MacBookAir. Between iPhone and iPad it works fine. Any solution to this please?
-
Oct 3, 2015 8:51 AM in response to Rex Ranaby PERFECTFLOW,I have the answer. I found this on discussions. If you're using upgraded iCloud notes on IOS9, your notes aren’t visible on devices that use OS X Yosemite or earlier. I have just upgraded my mac from Yosemite to El Capitan and now the notes sync perfectly.
If I'm honest when I upgraded my iPhone and iPad I got some sort of message relating to this and ignored it (regretfully).
I think it was a timing issue as in IOS9 was ready for iPad and iPhone before El capitan was ready for Mac, either way when you do as I describe above everything syncs notes wise just as before IOS9. El Capitain is the answer and seems pretty good so far
