Q: I have an iphone 5s. I turned off my cellular data for appstore now i am not able to turn it back on. As soon as i turn it on , it gets off immediately. Is there anything which needs to be done.

Force Restart your iPhone.

Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Then tap Settings > Cellular and toggle the App Store on.
