Q: Unable to sync or backup my iPhone5s with iTunes on my Windows 10 desktop after updating to iOS 9
I am unable to sync or backup my iPhone5s with itunes on my Windows 10 Desktop. With itunes open and connecting my iPhone5s, it does not show up in iTunes. Before I updated theiPhone to iOS9, I had no problem backing up or syncing the iPhone.

Just got off a chat session with Apple Support. The problem is apparently with iOS9 update on the iPhone and Microsoft Win!0 having a bit of a battle. It was resolved by updating the drivers for the iPhone in the Control Panel/Hardware and Sound/Devices and Printers/Unspecified Apple iPhone. All is working well now.
