Q: iPad IOS 9 upgrade

Hello Community,

her is my problem:

I wanted to upgrade my iPad AIR to IOS 9... I did, and now its stuck in that slide to upgrade window.

I wanted to connect it to the computer, to upgrade it via iTunes, but I cant connect with my PC until I say "OK" on the iPad towards the connection (iTunes asks if its ok to connect, then it is waiting for a response from the iPad),.... but since I cant use my pad, I cant accept this.

Can anyone help me???
