Oct 1, 2015 12:18 PM in response to RushaanSaiyedby stevejobsfan0123,If you buy a no-contract phone from AT&T, it will not be unlocked, but it will be eligible for unlocking through AT&T.
However, I would advise against buying an iPhone in the U.S. if you are not from the U.S., as the warranty is not international.

Oct 1, 2015 12:25 PM in response to RushaanSaiyedby stevejobsfan0123,The T-Mobile version is unlocked. However, again, whatever reasons you have for buying in the U.S. are probably outweighed by the lack of warranty.
