Q: can't download Lion OS - says it's been downloaded already, but it hasn't been

First time using the app store and can't figure something out.

I'm running 10.6.8 currently. Bought Lion, tried to download, but was having wireless issues. Canceled download, fixed wireless issues, now can't download at all. When I check for unfinished downloads, says all purchases have been downloaded. Anyone know what's happened?

Open the App Store. Click on the Purchases icon. Look for your Lion download in the list. Click on the Download button to the right.

Do you have Lion installed on any mounted disk connected to your system? How did you go about the first download try after receiving your code in the email?

It's not installed anywhere. I don't remember exactly how it started downloading the first time. It seemed like it was an automatic kinda thing once I put in the redemption code. A progress bar showed up in the dock, but I wasn't ready for the download yet so I canceled it by hitting the option on the progress bar. Now when I hit download in the list of purchases, it sits there loading for a bit, then nothing.
