I've got the same problem and didn't find any answers when Google-ing (is that the right spelling? )
However;
1. I went in the folder Library/Preferences/ and search for the file "com.apple.Bluetooth.plist" and deleted that.
2. Restarted and held left "alt" to choose boot. Logged in to Windows.
3. In the logging - try to type. If that doesn't work, try this:
A) Hold the powerbutton on your keyboard to shut it down. (the green light should dissapear, then let go).
B) Hold the powerbutton while the green light shines, and 2 blinks. Then let go.
C) This forces the keyboard to re-pair.
4. If the typing doesn't work anyways, type/login with the help of the visible keyboard.
5. Try to re-pair again whilst logged in.
This worked for me!
