Q: @ Apple employees, PLEASE READ !!!!!

Dear Apple.Inc employees,

                  I live in a country that is not mentioned in your contacts list(Jamaica), its understandable that the country is too small to establish its own Apple Customer Service, however when I tried to call the numbers provided for the other listed countries (almost all of them, literally almost every single one) the numbers declined and I was told that those numbers were not available. You would think that the customer care service for one of the biggest corporations in the world would be fully functioning and available to all those who use its products, no matter the location. After spending a considerable amount of time trying to effectively contact this company all I've found is this question box thing which I'm almost sure won't even get your time of day.

                   Anyways, now the reason I was trying to contact Apple.Inc. After school I was just chilling at home like any other teenager when my I received a notification from Apple stating that ios 9.0.2 was ready to be installed in my Iphone 5s, not to mention my phone just got the previous update almost 3 weeks to a month ago if I'm not wrong. Now my concern is this, why do Apple products need to update so often? To add to that point when the phone or device is update, the new update occupies space and at time the updates are accompanied by apps that not every individual needs. Not only does it take up useful space unnecessarily, but it also lacks the ability to be deleted. Sorry darling dear but I don't need the Apple Watch app, or Wallet, Find Friends, Find Iphone, Tips and Podcasts because I don't live in America and I have absolutely no use for them. Instead I could be using the space being occupied by these apps to store music, pictures and video, and other useful apps.

                      To conclude, I do hope that you take my indirect suggestion into consideration for I know for a fact that many other people (mostly teenagers), who use your devices, especially the Iphones, feel the same way and have the same concerns. Thank you for your time and patience, I hope to hear from your representatives very soon.
