Q: How do I empty trash securely?

I upgraded to El Capitan. Now there is no Empty Trash Securely in the Finder menu. I also opened the Finder Preferences > Advanced tab, and there is no Show Secure Empty Trash option. What happened to it? How do I empty the trash securely?
