Thank you for contributing to the Apple Support Communities.
It looks like you see "This disk cannot be used to start up your computer" when trying to install El Capitan.
You can find a guide that can help with this situation at Installer reports "OS X could not be installed on your computer" or "This disk cannot be used to start up your computer".
Before updating, it's always a good idea to have a current Time Machine backup of your Mac--Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac.

Thank you for the reply. I found this page already. The thing is I cannot resize the partitions from Disk Utility.
I have a dual boot with Linux. I booted on the latter and I resized a partition such as I have an empty space of 128MB but it didn't help. I still have this issue.
