Q: Thunderbolt port stopped functioning for my 2nd display

I have a 2012 Mac Mini and a few days ago the Thunderbolt port stopped functioning for my 2nd display. I am running Mavericks 10.9.5.

Here is what I have tried so far:

Replaced the Thunderbolt to HDMI cable
Updated all software and firmware
Reset the parameter RAM and SMC

Any additional ideas?

Does the HDMI input for the monitor work on another computer?
Does the Thunderbolt port work with another device?

Yes and No. I also ran a hardware test and nothing came up.

If you go System Profiler is the TB hardware listed?
