Q: Yosemite 10.10.3 crashes and freezes very often!!!

Hi,

i have a problem with my Mac Book Pro with Retina display (2 years old) and I hope you can help me as soon as possible.

Since two weeks my Mac Book constantly freezes and crashes during working (with several programs).

When my Mac Book Pro crashes, i can only use the mouse (rolling beachball).
So i have to manually push the power button and restart.
Sometimes when I want to restart after a crash, the screen is black and the apple doesn't appear.
Sometimes the system crashes at login when i typed my passwort in.

I don't use antivir software or any other external system helpers.

I deleted everything on my HD and reinstalled the whole system, no changes.
I tested RAM, hardware with Apple Diagnostics and reseted PRAM and SMC. "Everything is ok."
Also I repaired the access rights several times and checked my Mac Book's volume with disk utility.
"The volume seems to be ok and the access rights can always be repaired."

Further i disabled Wifi and all network connections, as well as all external connections like bluetooth etc.

Has this problem something to do with Yosemite 10.3.3 networking problems?

The last crash i had the process com.apple.wifi.proxy at the top.

Here are some messages from console which are coming very often:

    From the menu bar, select

               ▹ About This Mac

Below the "OS X" legend in the window that opens, the OS version appears. Click the version line twice to display the serial number. If the number is missing or invalid according to this web form, take the machine to an Apple Store or other authorized service center to have the problem corrected.

Ok thank you very much for your advice!
That's correct, my serial number is missing.
Yesterday I was at the Apple Store and made a meeting with their technical support for next week.
So i hope they can fix my problem.

And if the serial is not under warranty? I have a very similar problem but my warranty expired a while back.
