Have you tried a replacement Ziggo SIM card?

Oct 5, 2015 4:55 PM in response to benoitfromparisby Lyssa,Ziggo is not listed here as a supported carrier: Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone in Europe - Apple Support
Odds are you will not be able to use the phone with them at all.

Oct 5, 2015 5:08 PM in response to benoitfromparisby kb1951,When you had the phone unlocked did you do that through the original carrier? If not, when you restored it, it relocked to the original carrier. You will need to contact them to see if it can be unlocked.

Oct 5, 2015 5:45 PM in response to benoitfromparisby schoodle,Have you tired updating your iPhone to one of the newer iOS version before connecting to iTunes?
If that doesn't help, this might be an issue you have to contact Ziggo about.

Oct 6, 2015 12:38 AM in response to kb1951by benoitfromparis,Yes I tried, but nothing changes. The last carrier said to me that there's nothing to do and propose me to contact Ziggo (and, of course, Ziggo propose me to contact my last carrier)

Oct 6, 2015 1:36 AM in response to benoitfromparisby bulldogz20,Is the iPhone telling you the SIM is invalid when you insert it? If not, then I do not think it would be locked. Before I unlocked my phone I would get invalid SIM messages, but after it was unlocked I was able to swap out SIM cards without issue.
If the phone is unlocked then I think the issue might be with the SIM card. I would test to make sure that the phone will take another network's SIM - a network that could not have been the original network, and if that works without a problem I would take it to the carrier's store to have them swap out the SIM or test the current SIM.
Alternatively, you can borrow a SIM from a friend that is on the network you want to be on to see if that works.
Essentially, if the phone will work will multiple carriers except for one, then the issue is going to be with the SIM card or the carrier and not the phone. If the phone has somehow re-locked then you will only be able to use it with one network's SIM card for the time being.
There are websites that will tell you if the phone is SIM locked, but they do not seem very accurate in my experience.
