Apple TV , model A1469 , Software 7.2(7512)

when i sart connecting my wifi , it stuck at "Actviation" and after some time it says " Setting date and time ..."  and not getting to next level .

my wi fi connection is showing up in the setting and signal strength is full.

in Setup , About the staus of  Network Time  shows  " Skipped ( reachable )" and Actviation - Failed ( skipped)

i have tried reset , restart but not able to make it acvtivated .

Apple TV, iOS 7.1.2

    Its not properly connected to the network

     

    To see an accurate signal strength you would need a network report from istumbler or similar

    Make sure router has port 123 open (refer to manual if unsure)

    Try ethernet

    Test on another network
