Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like the internet connection speed is slow. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

Sep 15, 2015 2:00 PM in response to rajat34by WvB22,I'm having the same issues too. No it's NOT a slow internet connection. I have a broadband internet connection with 150 Mbps download. Speedtest shows that on wifi my connection with the iPhone is still around 65-75 Mbps which is totally acceptable and usable speed. Internet works just fine. Only the AppStore shows really bad download speeds. Aops of around 100 MB would normally take 30-45 seconds max to download. Now it takes 10-20 minutes. It's driving my crazy that I can't find the reason. As I said, speed test shows normal results. Which made me guess it's a problem on Apple's side. That's not the case because on LTE the AppStore is downloading just fine. I even changed the DNS settings on my modem to Google's servers but the issue remains. Totally frustrating. Provider is Ziggo Netherlands.

Oct 5, 2015 8:18 PM in response to mario49by adriansusianto,Noooo it is not related to the internet speed connections. This happened in many countries including Indonesia. I am using 12MBps and download very fast from elsewhere. The exception only from apple.
Please do not judge the slow download only with the internet connection speed.
